About the LSA

Welcome to the official web-site of the Lithuanian Sociological Association! 

The aim of the Association is to promote the development of sociology in Lithuania and to create a support network for researchers.
We believe that a lively and expanding sociological community is necessary to bring about fruitful debate in the field, to reach innovative conclusions and, ultimately, to serve the society.  

The site is designed for students, researchers and to everyone interested in sociological science and sociological studies.
